We want you to be delighted with your John Derian purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders, furniture, and antique items are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box with all protective materials to ensure the delicate decoupage or ceramics are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our New York studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
