How are your decoupage items made?
Each piece is handmade in our New York City studio using 19th-century imagery, hand-blown glass, and traditional decoupage techniques for a unique, artisanal finish.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, due to the handmade nature of our decoupage items, some pieces may require a lead time of 2-4 weeks if not currently in stock.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all furniture, lighting, and antique items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my John Derian decoupage glassware?
To preserve the integrity of the artwork, do not immerse our glass pieces in water. Simply wipe them clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth. They are not dishwasher or microwave safe.
Can I place a custom order?
We occasionally take custom requests for specific imagery or larger quantities. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your project and receive a quote.
